Creating A Better Ceramic Tile Removal Machine?

Given the large amount of home renovations going. And the large amount of noise and dust created as contractors hacked away ceramics tiles, I was very tempted if there could be a better way of removing tiles from floors.

What these unskilled contractors are doing are simply using a electric jack hammer to cracked the tiles. The tool used is wrong and also the method of hitting the tile from the top is wrong.
The jack hammer has a sharp tip and this reduces the impact area and at the same time created a loud noise and hitting the tile on the top just cracked it but does not remove much of it of the floor.

Until I came across this video on Youtube. This shows a electric hammer being used. But the hammer head is a flat blade and also the contractor is hitting the tiles at the edges where they meet the floor thus effectively peeling them off the floor. Talk about knowledge workers, it seems like many home renovation contractors here lack skill and knowledge.
